Swimming Sensations

Since we're almost to 1000 views, I figured that I'd put something up that had something to do with the sensations one gets when he or she is swimming. That's what we named the blog after, after all.

AH! Insanity!

Here I am patting myself and "H" on the back for the completion of our first time through of the Insanity Aerobic video thing that our crrr-azy swim coach (just kidding Zac!) made us do! It hurt so good!

Our foreheads were as wet as this window on a cold rainy day last week.

WPIAL Championships

Just got home from the Western Pennsylvania Swimming Championships! I had a great day for swimming, not so much for pictures, though! It was a two day competition, but the sun was only out on Day 1 and I didn't have my camera! Oh well! Did the best I could!

The whole side wall is made up of all windows. Too bad it wasn't sunny!



This is supposedly a "fast" pool.



The pool is so big! Its dimensions are 25 yards x 50 meters!



Stakes were high for some swimmers, and they resorted to shaving their heads bald to be as fast as they could!

Just sending a shout-out to swimming star Maddie-O for her stellar swim in the 500 freestyle Thursday night, qualifying her for WPIALS on the last possible day! Way to go, girl!
